We focus our work on finding modifier genes of neurodegenerative disorders using ENU mutagenesis over well established disease mouse models. We are currently working on two models: a Huntington's disease (HD) model in collaboration with Professor David C Rubinsztein (Cambridge University) and an Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) model in collaboration with Professor Elizabeth MC Fisher (University College).
