Developmental Platform
G3 embryos are dissected at 13.5 dpc and examined for morphological abnormalities in a number of organ systems. Our primary focus is on abnormalities of neural tube development, lung development, heart development, left/right patterning and development of the reproductive/urogenital system. We also examine embryos for any gross alterations of normal pattern that suggest abnormal development of the primary embryonic axes.
