Unfortunately, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and current UK lockdown we have decided to cancel all Advance courses for the foreseeable future. Pipetting
This course will teach best practice for pipetting techniques to ensure consistency for accurate and precise results. It is ideal for research staff, technical staff and students new to the laboratory environment, or even for experienced personnel to refresh their skills.
After the course, you will be able to:
- Choose the correct pipette for your task and perform common techniques used
- Identify the factors that can affect accuracy and precision of pipetting
- Recognise the ergonomic considerations to minimise health and safety issues
